The package is a unique object in our contemporary culture. Created as a vessel, designed as an icon, sold as a brand, and consumed with both passion and derision. This blog will be an observer of the unique intersection of design and life.
My bias will be that of a package designer, but this will not be a site about beauty, alone. It will focus on the past influences, current events, and future inspirations that shape the world of package design. I hope this will be a conversation, so your thoughts will always be welcome.

Enjoyed the article illustrating packaging that links the consumer to the farmer.
Wouldn’t it be interesting if other manufacturers like, say those who make our clothing and sneakers, – allowed us to peek into the worldwide sweatshops that produce their stuff ?
